Sissi gripped the door handle as the multitude of cars outside blurred away. She closed her eyes as Mishka shot the car through a busy red light. The impact she waited for never happened as the intersection disappeared behind them. She sighed and relaxed in her seat. “What’s the big hurry?” Sissi asked. “You said something was wrong back at the school.” “My brother contacted me. He said Aelita was attacked and badly injured. Sakura’s screams were cut off as Kakashi swooped in, catching her in his arms. “Sasuke,” he instructed. The raven haired boy nodded and rushed to Naruto’s side. He carefully scooped up the unconscious body and raced after Kakashi, his quick feet sinking into the muddy ground. They left the corpse in the rain.
